(A) Any person or business or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of the city code. Each day the violation is permitted to exist constitutes a separate offense.
(B) Sections 91.50 through 91.56 of this chapter shall also be enforceable by an administrative fine as outlined in § 10.98 of this code of ordinances. The administrative fine for a violation of §§ 91.50 through 91.56 of this chapter shall be $25. For each subsequent seven-day period that the violation remains after the initial seven-day period following issuance of an administrative fine shall, the fine shall increase by $25 up to a maximum fine amount of $100.
