§ 91.56 ADDRESS DISPLAY.
   It shall be the duty of the owner, lessor or occupant of property containing a principal structure to display the proper address number assigned by the city by affixing such number in durable material to the front of the structure facing the street from which the address is derived. The numbers shall not be less than three and one-half inches in height, shall be of a contrasting color to the background and shall either be lighted or made of a reflective material. The numbers shall be placed so as to be easily visible from the street. The address number shall be in place prior to occupancy of a structure and shall be a requirement of receiving a “certificate of occupancy” from the Building Official.
