§ 115.03 PARKING.
   (A)   All persons conducting such yard sales shall be responsible for informing all customers that parking only on the side of the street where the yard sale is located is permitted and not to block any driveway.
   (B)   All person conducting such yard sales shall be responsible for informing potential customers to move their vehicle, if such vehicle is impeding the flow of traffic on the street.
   (C)   No more than two (2) vehicles at any one time may park on the street directly in front of the yard sale. Any vehicle parked in front of the yard sale shall be parked only on the same side of the street as the yard sale.

§ 115.04 SIGNS.
   (A)   Small free standing yard sale signs, banners and cloth signs. Temporary yard sale signs and/or banners shall not be erected more than twenty-four (24) hours before the yard sale being advertised and must be removed no more than twenty-four (24) hours after the yard sale date.
   (B)   No sign shall be attached to any public utility pole and/or traffic control sign post.

§ 115.05 HOURS OF OPERATION.
   Yard sales shall only be conducted between dawn and dusk of any day. No sales shall be conducted after dusk.

§ 115.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating or failing to comply with any provision of this chapter, after citation, shall be subject to a fine established by the Code Enforcement Board in an amount not less than five dollars ($5) nor more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250) for each offense.
   (B)   Each day's violation or each noncompliance shall constitute a separate offense.
   (C)   The city may in addition to any fine also obtain injunctions or abatement orders from a court of competent jurisdiction to insure compliance with the terms of this chapter or pursue administrative remedies when appropriate.
   (D)   Any motor vehicle parked in violation of this chapter may be towed, at the owner's expense, and in addition the owner or driver of the vehicle shall be subject to the same fine provisions as hereinbefore established.
