(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) (1) Persons violating § 92.02 shall be subject to the following fines:
$25 | For the first violation in a 12-month period |
$50 | For the second violation in a 12-month period |
$100 | For three or more violations in a 12-month period |
(2) Any person adjudged responsible for violating any provision of § 92.02 shall also be liable for payment of the costs of prosecution, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs.
