§ 92.02 PUBLIC USE OF BETTY BAILEY PARK.
   (A)   (1)   The park shall be considered open for use by the general public between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
      (2)   It shall be unlawful for any person to be inside the park before or after these stated hours.
   (B)   Facilities at the park shall be on a first come-first served basis with the exception of the baseball diamond which will have an approved schedule for summer leagues.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any vehicle, motorized or electric, on the grassy areas of the park with the exception that town-owned vehicles and disability assistance devices such as wheelchairs are allowed.
   (D)   It shall be unlawful for the owner of a pet to allow his or her animal into the park unless the animal is on a leash or other restraint device.
   (E)   All pet owners shall be required to clean up after their animals.
   (F)   It shall be unlawful for any person to bring or consume alcoholic beverages in the park.
   (G)   It shall be unlawful for any person to litter or leave trash in the park.
   (H)   It shall be unlawful for any person to bring dangerous weapons into the park.
   (I)   It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge fireworks within the park.
   (J)   (1)   All patrons of the park shall conduct themselves in a polite manner.
      (2)   Persons who use offensive conduct or language that is dangerous or offensive to other park visitors will be required to leave.
   (K)   Commercial or political advertising along with any forms of solicitation activity are prohibited.
