§ 151.03 CONNECTION OF UTILITIES.
   It shall be unlawful for the agents and employees of any public utility company to furnish electricity, gas, or water to any person, firm, or corporation for use in or about any house trailer parked otherwise than in conformity to the terms of § 151.02.
