§ 151.99 PENALTY.
   Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $500, and every day’s continuance of a violation shall constitute a separate offense and be punishable as such.
