2-1-2: RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT:

Members of the planning and zoning commission shall reside within the city or within territory contiguous to the city and not more than one and one-half (11/2) miles beyond the corporate limits and not included within any other municipality. (Ord. 15-O-11, 3-17-2015, eff. 5-1-2015)
