The state department of public health rules and regulations pertaining to the sanitation of food service establishments, as adopted in section 5-1-1 of this chapter, is hereby amended by adding the following section to read as follows:
Article X. Penalties
Rule 10.01. Penalties: Any person, firm or corporation that shall violate any portion of the foregoing rules and regulations pertaining to the sanitation of food services establishments or who shall violate any of the provisions of section 5-1-1 of the city code, shall, upon conviction, be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
