Pursuant to authority granted by the general assembly of the state set forth in 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/1-3-1 and 5/1-3-2, the city hereby adopts by reference the "State Of Illinois Department Of Public Health Rules And Regulations Pertaining To The Sanitation Of Food Service Establishments - 1975", except as modified hereinafter, as fully as if set out at length herein. At least three (3) copies of said public health rules and regulations shall be kept on file in the office of the city clerk and there kept available for public use, inspection and examination.
