121.02 SENIOR CLERK.
   (a)    The position of Senior Clerk is hereby established.
   (b)    The duties of the Senior Clerk are hereby determined to be as follows: she shall act as secretary to the Mayor, members of Council and other Municipal officials, exclusive of the Department of Police; she shall perform such other services as shall be required by such officials; and she shall furnish information to the general public when requested.
