121.01 PART-TIME SECRETARIAL OR CLERICAL HELP.

The Mayor is hereby authorized to employ part-time secretarial and/or clerical help for the carrying out of the day-to-day administration of local government including, but not limited to, such secretarial and/or clerical help for the following:

(a) Planning and Zoning Commission.

(b) Building Commissioner.
