1513.04 LIABILITY FOR COSTS; REMEDY BY CITY.

   In addition to the fine and penalties provided in Section 1513.99, whoever violates any provision of Sections 1513.01 through 1513.03, shall be liable to the City for all costs incurred by the City in extinguishing such fire, including the cost of using the fire equipment and paying any permanent or temporary employee of the City or any other municipal corporation, township or governmental unit. A civil action to enforce such liability may be instituted by the City in any court of competent jurisdiction and all moneys collected shall be paid into the general fund of the City.
