1513.03 FIRES SPREADING TO ADJOINING PROPERTY.
No person shall lawfully set fire to or cause fire to be set to any substance in the City, upon land owned or lawfully occupied by himself, and thereafter, intentionally or negligently fail to tend such fire, or keep it under control, or prevent its spread onto any adjoining property, or prevent any damage by fire, smoke or otherwise to any real or personal property owned by or lawfully in possession of another person.
