1513.01 SETTING FIRE TO LAND OF ANOTHER.

No person shall intentionally or negligently set fire to or cause fire to be set to any substance in the City, on land owned or lawfully occupied by another person, without the consent of such other person. (Ord. 432-1954. Passed 4-12-54.)
