1309.99 PENALTY.

(a) Any owner, agent, lessee or tenant of any dwelling in the Municipality who, after written notification by the Building Commissioner of maintaining an illegible or unreadable house number sign, fails to correct the condition in accordance with the requirements of Section 1309.05, within ten days of such notification shall be fined not more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00).

(b) Whoever violates any provision of Section 1309.07 shall be fined not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both, for each offense. Each full day's violation of this section shall be deemed a separate offense.
