Any person violating any of the provisions of Section 917.01 to 917.05 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in an amount not more than two hundred fifty dollars, ($250.00) for any first offense and not more than five hundred dollars, ($500.00) for any second or additional offense. Each day such violation continues may be treated as a separate offense.
