709.19 DIRECT EMPLOYMENT.

   (a)   Every person who directly employs for or more armed security guards shall:

      (1)   Keep current records of all his or her armed security guards (together with their addresses, Social Security numbers and current armed security guard identification numbers), which records shall be made available to any law enforcement agency on request;

      (2)   Have in effect comprehensive liability insurance coverage as provided in Section 709.04; and

      (3)   Make out and keep on file written reports of all incidences involving the use of firearms by an armed security guard he or she has furnished, which reports shall be made available to any law enforcement agency on request.

   (b)   Nothing in this section shall relieve a person from complying with all other provisions of this chapter, including but not limited to, Section 709.02.
