(a) No person shall hire himself or herself to another or act as an armed security guard without first obtaining a commission therefor from the Mayor or Director of Public Safety as provided in this chapter and without complying with all of the provisions of this chapter.
(b) No person shall engage in the business of a private security service in the Village without first obtaining a license therefor from the Chief of Police upon the approval of the Mayor, as provided in this chapter, and without complying with all of the provisions of this chapter.
(c) No person shall employ or contract to employ or furnish an armed security guard who is not commissioned under this chapter and who has not complied with all of the provisions of this chapter.
