§ 50.01 GARBAGE DISPOSAL SERVICE.

The city uses the franchise procedure for providing garbage collection services. All commercial/business enterprises which provide for their own service are to notify the city promptly of this; if not, they will be charged for garbage collection service just as if it were provided by the franchise.
