§ 50.02 DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS.
   All dumpsters located within the city limits, and within the general public’s view, excluding compactor style dumpsters, shall be enclosed by a structure (of minimum construction), consisting of galvanized chain-link fencing with redwood slats with three feet clearance on all sides and shall totally enclose the dumpster and be at least one foot higher than the main body of said dumpster. Each enclosure (excluding lid when open) shall have a latch four feet from the ground on the gate and be secured at all times. All alternate material for construction of the above shall be approved in writing by the city. Existing enclosures shall be permitted to remain but if over 50% repair is needed then said above guidelines for new construction shall be used.
