(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 37.99.
(B) Any person, firm, organization or corporation who violates any of the provisions of §§ 31.60 through 31.64 shall be guilty, upon conviction, of a Class B misdemeanor in accordance with the state statutes. Each day of continuous violation with any of the provisions contained herein shall be considered a separate offense and shall be punishable accordingly.
