The subdivision regulations with its appendix of amendments is hereby incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth and shall be adopted and known as the official subdivision regulations of the city. A copy of the subdivision regulations shall be maintained in the office of the City Clerk-Treasurer and shall be available for public inspection during normal office hours.
