(A) No fence may be built on any lot over six feet in height nor closer to the front line of the lot than the front line of the house. Fences are to be of chain link, boards, brick, or pickets of a uniform neat construction.
(B) Spacing of said materials will be uniform, and fences will be properly maintained. Fences are to be approved prior to installation by the Building Committee.

No noxious or offensive activity shall be carried on upon any lot above described or anything be done thereon which would become an annoyance or nuisance to the neighborhood.

No trailer, basement, tent, shack, garage, or other outbuilding erected on any lot described above at any time shall be used as a residence temporarily or permanently. No structure shall be moved onto any lot unless it shall conform to the restrictions herein. No attached garage shall be closed off and converted to additional living space. Right is reserved to cut the grass on lots when its length exceeds six inches and to bill the property owner accordingly.

No chickens, ducks, geese, or other fowl and no swine, cattle, goats, horses, or other like animal or animals shall be kept on any lot. No animals are to be raised for commercial purpose on said property.
