§ 91.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Where a person has been found to have violated §§ 91.01 through 91.06 regarding accumulation of weeds, garbage, debris, and certain nuisances, the violator may be fined in an amount as set by the Board per violation, and each day after receiving notice, as herein provided, the nuisance continues, it shall be deemed a separate violation not to exceed $500.

   (C)   (1)   Any person violating or aiding or abetting the violation of any provisions of §§ 91.20 through 91.22 is guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined in an amount as set by the Board.

      (2)   Each day a person fails to comply with the provisions of §§ 91.20 through 91.22 constitutes a separate offense.
