(A) Except as allowed as an exception in § 91.22(A), it shall be unlawful to burn agricultural waste, garbage, household waste, refuse, trade waste, construction or demolition waste, and/or other materials of any kind within the limits of the village.
(B) It shall be unlawful to start, kindle, cause, allow, or maintain any form of open burning of any materials on private or public property or to allow the accumulation or existence of combustible material that constitutes or contributes to open burning.
