A. Required Improvements:
1. Sidewalks shall be included within the dedicated nonpavement right-of-way of all roads as given in the Transportation System Plan, table 12 and figures 16 through 20. (Ord. 582-18, 10-8-2018)
2. Concrete curbs are required for all streets. Standards for curbs shall be as given in section 12-4-13, table 4 of this chapter.
3. Sidewalks shall be improved as required in subsection 12-4-3B2 of this chapter.
B. Pedestrian Accesses: The City Council may require, in order to facilitate pedestrian access from the roads to schools, parks, playgrounds or other nearby roads, perpetual unobstructed easements at least twenty feet (20') in width. Easements shall be indicated on the plan, plat or map. (Ord. 512-96, 1-8-1996)
