§ 33.11 OBSTRUCTING FIREFIGHTERS.
   (A)   Prohibited. Any person who shall in any manner obstruct or interfere with said Fire Department in the discharge of its duty while a fire is in progress or who shall hinder, obstruct or delay or prevent said Fire Department from getting to a fire in progress or who shall perform any act tending to interfere with the free action of said volunteer Fire Department shall be guilty of an offense and shall be punished accordingly.
   (B)   Right-of-way. All motor equipment and all personal cars of Department members shall have right-of-way over all other traffic when responding to an alarm.
   (C)   Duty of drivers. It shall be unlawful for any person to drive any automobile or other vehicle closer than 150 feet from the premises upon which there may be a fire, while the Fire Department is operating on said premises. It shall also be unlawful for any person to drive and operate an automobile following a fire truck, while on the way to a fire, closer than a block from such fire truck.
