§ 52.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Violation. Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined as set forth in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. Each day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
   (B)   Liability. Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the town for any expense, loss or damage occasioned by the town by reason of such violation.
   (C)   State standards. Any user discharging a waste to the sewer system which causes the treatment facility to violate state water quality standards shall be subject to enforcement action by the town.

   (D)   Any person or entity who violates any provisions of § 52.11(C) and (D) or who files a false application as required herein, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding the fine amount set forth in the Appendix of Fines and Fees. Each discharge which constitutes a violation of this § 52.11(C) and (D) shall be considered a separate offense.
   (E)   Any person or entity who violates any provisions of § 52.16, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding the fine amount set forth in the Appendix of Fines and Fees.
