§ 91.59 STORAGE OF GASOLINE AND OTHER FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS IN OR AT INDIVIDUAL RESIDENCES.
   (A)   The Fire Prevention Code, abbreviated addition, as adopted herein, and provisions therein to the contrary notwithstanding, no person shall store in or about his or her residence within the corporate limits of the city any quantity of gasoline or other flammable liquid in excess of five U.S. gallons.
   (B)   For purposes of this section, storage IN OR ABOUT A RESIDENCE shall include all storage whether above or below ground, in the open or in buildings, cabinets or sheds.
   (C)   The prohibition set forth in this section shall not apply to storage within any tank or container manufactured and a permanent part of any motorized vehicle owned by the residence, and the limitation placed upon the residence of the city by this section shall be in addition to the amount stored within such vehicles on the premises owned or occupied by the resident.
   (D)   Furthermore this provision shall not apply to the storage of heating and cooking oils and fuels stored in tanks and containers and connected with the appliances for which said fuels are stored.
