(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) There is hereby imposed a payment of a penalty of $10 per day for each and every day such combustible building is allowed to remain on its temporary site after the completion of the non-combustible building.

(C) Any person who shall violate or refuse to comply with the enforcement of any of the provisions of this chapter, set forth at full length herein or incorporated by reference shall be deemed guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense. A new violation shall be deemed to have been committed every 24 hours of such failure to comply.
