§ 91.03 BUILDING REQUIREMENTS.
   Every building hereafter erected or enlarged within the fire limits shall be enclosed on all sides with walls constructed wholly of stone, well-burned brick, terra cotta, steel, concrete or equivalent incombustible materials; provided, roofs and dormer windows on said masonry buildings may be constructed with wood joists but said roofs and dormer windows shall, in all cases, be covered with non-combustible material, with tin, iron, slate, tile or fireproof roof; and provided further, incombustible materials may be construed to include wood when applied to floors in any building within the fire limits. All cornices shall be of incombustible material.
