§ 91.01 FIRES PROHIBITED; EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   No person, firm or corporation shall burn any rubbish, brush, wood, trash, leaves, papers or other combustible material of any sort out of doors anywhere in the municipality.
   (B)   This section does not prohibit outdoor fires for cooking, recreation or ceremonial purposes.
   (C)   This section does not prohibit burning any material in an incinerator complying with all applicable laws of this state and approved by the Chief of Police.
