38-4-92   CONTINUED VIOLATIONS.
   Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in Section 38-4-50 shall be, upon conviction, be fined in the amount not exceeding Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00) for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
