34-4-3   AUTHORITY.
   (A)   The primary authority for administration and the enforcement of the provisions of this Chapter shall be vested in the following:
      (1)   Code Administrator;
      (2)   Village Engineer;
      (3)   Planning Commission;
      (4)   Village Board.
   (B)   In addition to the above, other officials, appointees, or employees of the Village may be required and authorized to perform functions authorized in this Chapter.
