1-2-37   TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION ESTABLISHED.
   The Village Board shall have jurisdiction in and over all places within one-half (1/2) mile of the corporate limits for the purpose of enforcing health and quarantine ordinances and regulations. (See 65 ILCS 5/7-4-1)
