(A) Reservations may be made through Village Hall for the use of the pavilion in the Park. Reservations are neither required nor accepted for the Park property other than the pavilion. Reservation of the pavilion shall make only the pavilion private for the date reserved, and all other Park property shall remain open to the public.
(B) The pavilion will be available for reservations on weekends from April 1st through October 31st and the holidays of Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. Pavilion reservations will be accepted by telephone at the Village Hall (618-473-2300) at a first come, first-serve basis. The pavilion will be reserved if a reservation is made, and a fee paid, and application received at least one week prior to the reservation date and a “reserved” sign is posted by the Village on either end of the pavilion. Applications will be sent out upon request. Village residents may reserve the pavilion at a rate of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) per day and out of town residents may reserve at a rate of Twenty- Five Dollars ($25.00) per day. Use of the pavilion includes water and electric. Whether or not reserved, the pavilion shall be used only during the park hours of operation. On any date that the pavilion is not reserved, it shall be available to the public on a first come, first-serve basis at no charge.
(C) Reservations of the pavilion are for private events only. Any other events must be approved by the Village Board of Trustees, on such conditions as it shall deem appropriate.
