28-1-1   HOURS OF OPERATION.
   The Park shall be open daily to the public every day of the year from sunrise to sunset, and it shall be unlawful for any person other than Village personnel conducting Village business therein to occupy or to be present in the Park during any hours in which the Park is not open to the public.
