27-4-3   REFUSING TO AID AN OFFICER.
   A person who refuses or knowingly fails, upon command, to reasonably aid a person known by him to be a peace officer in the following commits a misdemeanor:
   (A)   apprehending a person whom the officer is authorized to apprehend; or
   (B)   preventing the commission by another of any offense.
