(A) Defined. A storage container is defined as a structure that includes, but not limited to a railroad or train car, a truck body or trailer, a shell of a manufactured home designed or intended to store or keep equipment or products inside the unit.
(B) Unlawful. It shall be unlawful to locate or place in this Village a storage container as defined in this Section as a residence. Also, it shall be unlawful for a storage container to be used as an accessory use in the Village.
(C) Permitted. The Board may give written permission to locate a storage container in a highway business district or in an agricultural area.
