For the purpose of this Chapter the words and phrases of the Illinois Compiled Statutes, Chapter 720, Sections 2-1 through 2-11; 2- 13 through 2-22, as approved, adopted and amended are hereby adopted by the Village, as fully as if set out herein. (See 65 ILCS 5/1-3-2)
