23-1-3   ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH ADOPTED AND REGULATIONS.
   The Manufactured Home Community Code as approved by the Illinois Department of Public Health (1998) is hereby adopted by the Village. The applicable provisions as they pertain to the Manufactured Home community shall be controlling within the corporate limits.
