22-11-7   CONFIDENTIALITY OF TEST RESULTS.
   Any employee subject to a drug and/or alcohol test under this policy will be provided a copy of all information and reports received by the Village in connection with any drug and/or alcohol test and any results thereof under this policy. Any results of drug and alcohol test will be disclosed to any employee tested, the applicable supervisor, Village Attorney and those permitted by law.
