21-2-12   RECORD OF LICENSES.
The Mayor shall keep a complete record of all licenses issued by him and shall supply the Clerk, Treasurer and Chief of Police a copy of the same. Upon issuance or revocation of a license, the Mayor shall give written notice to these same officers within forty-eight (48) hours. (235 ILCS 5/4-1)
