40-6-10.1   FLUSH-MOUNTED SIGNS.
   No flush-mounted (wall) sign shall:
   (A)   Project more than eighteen (18) inches from the wall or surface to which it is attached; or
   (B)   Extend above the roof line of the building to which it is attached.
