No establishment located in any Business District or in the Industrial District shall display on any street front a total area of sign in excess of the allowance derived by application of the formula set forth in Section 40-6-2 and 40-6-8.

Additionally, signs in any Business District or in the Industrial District shall conform to the requirements indicated in the subsections below:
