§ 35.01 COURT ESTABLISHED.

   There is hereby created and established a Municipal Court for the City of Heath to be known as the Municipal Court.

§ 35.02 JURISDICTION.

   The Municipal Court shall have jurisdiction within the territorial limits of the City of Heath in all criminal cases arising under the chapters of the city, and shall also have concurrent jurisdiction with the justice of the peace of the precinct in which the city is situated in all criminal cases arising under the criminal laws of the state in which punishment is by fine only, and where the maximum of the fine may not exceed $200 or as prescribed by state law, and arising within the territorial limits.
