(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or ride a motorized vehicle on any designated trail system or public park of the city, except in areas specified for parking. Park maintenance vehicles, public safety vehicles, handicap accessibility vehicles and vehicles used in connection with special events, if approved by the City Manager or his or her designee, shall be exempt from this division (A).
(B) Motorized vehicles shall be defined as any vehicle propelled by a motor including but not limited to go-carts, all terrain vehicles (ATV’s), mini bikes and golf carts.

(A) The City Council hereby extends the application of this Title VII, as well as all other applicable traffic rules under state law, to the streets of the Buffalo Creek Country Club Estates Subdivision and the Buffalo Creek Tennis Village Addition, except set out below: that the exceptions are Horizon Court, Bison Meadow Lane; Morrish Lane; and Weiskopf Drive.
(B) The Director of Public Safety shall determine the specific laws under Title VII to be enforced and prepare proper amendments to Title VII, as well as place appropriate traffic control devices within the subdivision upon an agreement as to costs between the City Manager and the Homeowners Association Board of Directors.

No person shall operate or park any vehicle on any street for the primary purpose of advertising, nor shall any owner suffer or permit any vehicle belonging to him or her to be operated or parked on a public street for the primary purpose of advertising.

(A) The Director of Public Safety or his or her designated representative is authorized and directed to erect speed limit and stop signs at the appropriate locations, the stop signs to be located as near as practicable to the nearest line of the crosswalk at each intersection; or, if none, at the nearest line of the roadway.
(B) Signs giving notice of the speed limit on Shepherds Glen Road shall be erected in such locations as to give the public due notice of the speed limit.

LOAD LIMIT
Except as otherwise provided herein or by law, no commercial motor vehicle, truck-tractor, trailer, pole-trailer or semi-trailer, nor combination of those vehicles, shall be operated over, on or upon the public streets of the City of Heath, Texas, having a weight in excess of 44,000 pounds.

The provisions of § 70.16 above shall not apply to the following:
(A) The operation of any type of delivery truck where a location on Crisp Lane is a destination point;
(B) The operation of an emergency vehicle;
(C) The operation of trucks owned by the city or operated by an entity who has a valid contract with the city; or
(D) The operation of a truck or vehicle where a location on Crisp Lane is a point of origin.
