Existing mobile home parks operating at the time of passage of this zoning code may continue to operate, but shall be required to conform with all requirements as to area as provided in § 157.080. Owners of existing mobile home parks shall submit for approval a plan as provided in § 157.080(B) to the Administrative Officer and the Planning Commission within 60 days after the adoption of this section. Failure of the owner to submit such a plan within the prescribed time shall be considered a violation of this zoning code.  This plan shall also show the existing mobile homes.  The maximum number of mobile homes permitted in a mobile home park shall be determined by the number of approved lots having a minimum area of 2,500 square feet as shown on the plan.  Existing mobile homes not located on an approved lot will be allowed to remain, but as the occupants move out no new residents will be permitted except on one of the approved lots.
