§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any of the provisions of §§ 92.18 through 92.20 or fails to comply therewith, or who violates or fails to comply with any order made thereunder, or who builds in violation of any detailed statement of specifications or plans submitted and approved thereunder, or any certificate or permit issued thereunder, and from which no appeal has been taken, or who fails to comply with such an order as affirmed or modified by the Board of Commissioners or by a court of competent jurisdiction, within the time fixed therein shall severally for each and every violation and noncompliance, respectively, be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not less than $500, or by imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or by both. The imposition of one penalty for any violation shall not excuse the violation or permit it to continue, and all such persons shall be required to correct or remedy violations or defects within a reasonable time. When not otherwise specified, each ten days that prohibited conditions are maintained shall constitute a separate offense. The application of the foregoing penalty shall not be held to prevent the enforced removal of prohibited conditions. (Ord., passed - )
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of §§ 92.31 or 92.33, the regulations issued thereunder or any order issued thereunder, or who knowingly induces another, directly or indirectly, to violate the provisions of those sections, shall be fined not more than $l,000 or imprisoned for not more than 30 days, or both.    (C)   Any person who violates any other provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500.
